We believe your meal doesn't begin at the table - it begins in the soil and goes back to the soil. It is therefore our responsibility to steward that journey with love and respect.


We take pride in the places we source our ingredients and their commitment to the planet and to communities. We also take pride in how we dispose of packaging and food waste for a full sustainable supply circle.


Whenever possible we use organic vegetable suppliers, grass fed meat, free range and organic eggs and chicken. We manage our food waste with Earth Probiotic and their Bokashi system.
We don't just do this at work it extends to our homes as well - this is our lifestyle and a cornerstone of our values.

All our food is hand-crafted and fresh.
